Job description

We're a dynamic team with great offices in Singapore, London, Bangkok, Jakarta and Sydney, serving our great customers worldwide. We’re expanding fast and are looking for a passionate and driven Merchants Acquisition Associate to join our growing team in Indonesia.

What You Will Do:

  • Project Management: Executing merchant acquisition projects like referral strategies as defined by the merchant acquisition manager

  • Agency Management : Liaising with agency partners on daily and weekly progress for merchant acquisition, build unified reporting system for all agencies and maintaining agency relationships/ communications

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Building structured data reporting for merchant acquisition in all channels, evaluate and come up with ideas for improvements

  • Quality Assurance: Ensures seamless onboarding of merchants, audit all stores documents based on SOP

  • Provide training for agencies and in-house sales team related with product and technical guidance

  • Collaborate with other departments such as engagement & support, central ops, product and client team for acquisition related initiatives and projects

  • Resolve acquisition & onboarding issues and complaints


Requirements

  • Strong project management skills (e.g. planning, execution, evaluation)

  • Attention to detail, ability to create and follow processes

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a startup environment.

  • Must be able to work independently most of the time and think strategically when approaching tasks.

  • Coachable attitude with a willingness to learn

  • Good presentation and speaking skills - someone who can verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly

  • Should have a deep desire to excel and develop a career in a hyper-growth tech startup

  • Comfortable with data analysis (MS Office, Google Docs / Sheets / Slides)

  • Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently

  • Goal-oriented, organised team player

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or any relevant field (Master’s degree preferred)

  • 2-3 years of work experience in merchant acquisition, operations, or a similar field
